in this photo i used north korean propaganda, very simple but a big message. also  i used broken glass effect

photoshopping allan sugar

• I used the lasso tool 
• i then used the quick mask to see the mistakes i made 
• i then used the command J to make a layer of the edited picture 
• i used command T to make the image smaller 
• then used command J to make a copy of the layer
